When finding the carp, pays off !
I Arrived at Donaldson early morning just before sunrise and I didn’t see any signs of fish. I decided to sit in the bay at swim 10 because I saw fish come out there during the afternoons on previous sessions. As the morning passed the wind was constantly blowing away from me and I just couldn’t sit in one place, I drove up to swim 14 and watched the water for a while not long I saw a huge fish jump right in front of the Reed bed. I quickly got a rod in there!
Using a 16m Nvoke-Baits Pineapple wafter fished on a D rig and a few home made boilies over the top…. In less than an hour that margin rod roared off and I was in for the fight of my life
